1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and IKB Cloud Notes (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the IKB Cloud Notes mobile application and its associated website (ikb.help2net.in). By accessing the App, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. IKB Service and User Account

• **Account Registration:** Use of the cloud synchronization feature requires account registration. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
• **App Functionality:** The IKB Cloud Notes application provides a custom keyboard interface for quickly inserting saved text notes and images, synchronized across devices via a user account.
• **Website Sync:** The companion website (ikb.help2net.in) serves as an alternative management interface for your synchronized notes and images.

3. User Content and Privacy

• **Ownership:** You retain all ownership rights in the content (notes, text, and images) you create, store, and transmit through the App.
• **Licence:** You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, and distribute your content **solely** for the purpose of operating and providing the IKB Cloud Notes service (i.e., syncing it to your devices and keyboard).
• **Prohibited Content:** You agree not to upload, store, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate your account.

4. Data Security and Limitations

• **Encryption:** We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/AES-256) to protect your data in transit and at rest on our servers (Firebase/Google Cloud).
• **Data Loss:** While we take reasonable steps to ensure data integrity, we are not responsible for any deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content. You are responsible for backing up your own content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App and use the provided “Delete Account” button within the app settings.
